Before generating an offer, you’ll want to make sure that an offer letter template has been created in Lever. You can learn how to create offer letter templates here.
To generate an offer in Lever open the candidate’s profile, change their pipeline stage to “Offer” and click the “Create offer” blue bar. You can also create an offer using the Extras menu in any pipeline stage, but we recommend moving the candidate to the “Offer” stage first.
Fill out “Offer details” and click “Next”.
Next, select the pertinent offer template from the drop down menu and fill out “Offer letter” details.
You can also further customize your offer email to candidates at the bottom of the page.
Lastly, review and click “Send offer”.
If a candidate accepts or declines an offer, it will be visible in the upper right-hand corner of the candidate’s profile.
Any user who has access to a candidate profile also has access to creating an offer for that candidate. Thus, offers in Lever can be created by Super Admins, Admins, Team Members and Limited Team Members; Interviewers do not have access to create offers.
Offers are only visible to Super Admins, Admins, and a subset of other people. Read through this list of other offer participants in this help article.) You can confirm offer visibility by hovering over the “Visible to" text.
To allow electronic signing for offer documents and export offer letters to your company’s central document platform, you can enable our DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations by going to: Settings > Integrations.
One DocuSign or Adobe Sign integration is live, it can be used by all team members in Lever.
