How do I sort out good and bad candidates?

  • If you see a candidate you'd like to move forward with, expand the Notes section by clicking in the "Add note" box.
    • Leave a comment about the candidate and @-mention your recruiter or hiring manager. You can choose to share your note with all of your coworkers who are following the profile.
    • You can also move the candidate to the next step in your hiring pipeline (see Tracking candidates), or archive them if they are not a good fit.


  • All past ratings are accessible under the "Feedback" section of the candidate profile. The total rating helps you decide if the candidate should be advanced or archived.
