How do I add interview panels/kits to a job posting?

Building standardized interview panels is a snap with Lever's interview panels. Interview panels can be built for each job posting using a specific set of feedback forms. 

Using the main menu, select Jobs and click on the job posting you wish to edit. Once the pop-up editing screen appears, click on the “Interview Process” tab at the top. 

Click "Select Feedback" to select the feedback template which will appear as the default(s) for any interview scheduled for a candidate in the corresponding stage to the left of the drop-down menu. If an interview is divided into multiple sessions, for example, an on-site panel, you can add a new session by clicking "+ADD" on the right side. 


When scheduling an interview for any candidate associated with that posting, the default interview panel will automatically appear in the scheduling area. Click the box to insert the default interview panel. 

Feedback forms and interviewers can be added or removed after the default forms have been added.
