How do I add/remove Google Meet links attached to Google Calendar interview invites?

This isn't actually a Lever setting, but a Google Calendar setting!

It's an account-level setting for your entire G Suite Domain, meaning this must be changed by a Google administrator. Please have an admin follow the steps below:
  1. Go to https://admin.google.com/
  2. Click "Apps"
  3. Click "G Suite"
  4. Click "Calendar"
  5. Click "Sharing settings"
  6. If the "Video Calls" section says "ON", a Google Meet link will be added to the calendar invitations that are created when scheduling an interview in Lever. If you choose to send a calendar invitation to the candidate, the Meet link that is included will match the links in the calendar invitations sent to the interviewers.
  7. Click the "Video Calls" section to edit it and uncheck the "Automatically add video calls to events created by a user" box. If you choose to turn Meet links off, you will no longer see Google Meet links in your calendar invites unless you add them."

With this setting turned on, a Google Meet link will be added to the calendar invitations that are created when scheduling an interview in Lever. If you choose to send a calendar invitation to the candidate, the Meet link that is included will match the links in the calendar invitations sent to the interviewers.

Tip: Matching Meet links will also be added to calendar invitations created when using Easy Book!

If you choose to turn Meet links off, you will no longer see Google Meet links in your calendar invites unless you add them.
