Rectxt is easy and affordable text messaging software for recruiters. Integrating Lever with Rectxt will allow users to send individual texts and mass messages directly from within Lever with all conversations instantly being saved under each candidate profile as a note.
Getting your Rectxt account set up and integrated only takes a few minutes by following these steps.

Setup the integration:

Step 1: Create your Rectxt account:
a) Download the Rectxt Chrome extension from the Google Web Store.
b) Click 'Sign up' to create your account
c) Choose your desired plan
d) If you selected a Team plan, select how texting seats you'd like to add to your team and enter your credit card details
e) Pick a phone number by entering your area code (If you don't plan on using one of your texting seats then click 'Skip for now')
Step 2: Integrate your new Rectxt account with Lever
a) Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab and click the Lever logo
b) Click 'Connect' and follow the prompts
c) Log in to your Lever account
d) Authorize Rectxt by clicking 'Accept'
How to use the integration:
Upon making the connection, any text conversations made through Rectxt will sync into Lever.
These can be initiated from the candidate's opportunity via the UI button at the top of the profile.

Sometimes these emails go to junk/spam folders so ask your recruiters to check these folders if they don't see the invite.

Once each recruiter has been invited they don't technically need to receive the email before they can join. As long as the email address matches the email address in your Team tab then they can create their account and they will automatically join your team.
You can also purchase new seats and remove unused seats as your team expands or contracts over time.

How to disable the integration:
1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.
2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Rectxt app.
3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
