How to use the integration:

Synchronization

To synchronize your assessment with your ATS, go into your candidate invitation panel and select the job opening from your ATS and its corresponding hiring stage.

To unlink your assessment, simply go back into this invitation panel and clear the two dropdown menus which will stop the synchronization between your two tools.

Candidates invitation

Candidates will be automatically invited using the process described above. As soon as a candidate applies for the job opening you have selected and reaches the corresponding hiring stage, we will trigger an email invitation to your candidates allowing them to take the assessment.

At this stage, synchronization time may take up to 10 minutes, so don’t worry if you don’t see candidates right away in your Maki account.

Results update

Once a candidate takes the assessment, their results will become available in your ATS a few minutes after they have submitted their answers. Results are pushed in the form of a PDF scorecard attached as a file in the candidate’s profile.

💡 If the assessment includes open-ended custom questions, you will first need to evaluate those answers before the results become available in your ATS.

💡 If the assessment includes personality tests, such feedback will not be included in the assessment results at this stage.

How to disable the integration:

1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.

2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Maki app.

3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
