|

- Log in to your Camino account and click Integrations in the sidebar
- Click Connect on the Lever integrations tile
- Click Confirm to begin the authorization process
- Sign-in to your Lever account using your admin credentials to connect both platforms.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
Congratulations! The connection between Camino and Lever is active!
Configuring the Camino integration
Enable webhook
Behind the scenes, Camino will automatically create a webhook within Lever. A webhook is an automation that will push the newly-hired employee’s information from Lever to Camino. So, when you move a candidate to the ‘Hired’ stage, the employee record will automatically be created in Camino.
- In Lever, go to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.
- Scroll down to the Candidate Hired webhook section.
- Toggle the Candidate Hired webhook to enable it if it is not already enabled.
- To verify the webhook, click the down caret (⌄) to expand the configured webhook and click Verify Connection
- The webhook should now display as "Verified"
Now that the connection is verified, complete the final offers configuration so Camino can automatically sync the hiring manager name and start date for every hired employee!
Configuring Offers with Hiring Manager & Start Date
To successfully sync newly hired candidates to Camino, an offer form must be added to each candidate in Lever before hiring. The Offers form will allow you to input the required Hiring Manager and Start Date information when hiring candidates.
You do not need to manage sending offers via Lever.
Setting up the offer will simply allow you to assign the Hiring Manager and Start Date to the opportunity before moving the opportunity to “hired”.
For guidance on creating and managing offer forms in Lever click here.
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Offers > Offer Forms
- Click on the default offer form
- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Offer Form page, and click Add Field.
- Select Anticipated start date, and mark the field as required.
- Select Hiring manager, and mark the field as required.
- Ensure both fields are selected as required
|
If you are using offer forms in Lever AND have active custom offer forms, add the Hiring manager and Anticipated start date fields as required fields on all custom offer forms. |
Congratulations! You are now fully set up to auto-import new hires once they are moved to “Hired” in Lever!
For any questions regarding setting up webhooks or offers in Lever, please contact Lever Support.
