The Workwolf integration allows Lever users to move (export) candidate data from Workwolf directly into their Lever account. For more information refer to the Workwolf website
Setting up the Workwolf integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Workwolf to install this integration. |
- In Workwolf, navigate to Account Settings > Integrations
- Click the Lever integration tile to be redirected to Lever's login portal
- On the modal, log in to your Lever account using your Admin account
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to connect your Workwolf account
- Wait a few seconds to ensure your Lever account is successfully connected on Workwolf
Using the Workwolf integration
The following candidate fields are sent to Lever:
- Candidate name
- Telephone number (if provided by Applicant)
- Tags
- Location (if provided by Applicant)
- LinkedIn URL (if provided by Applicant)
Workwolf currently allows the manual export of candidate records into Lever. Follow the steps below to learn how to move your candidate records from Workwolf to Lever.

Exporting Candidates from Workwolf to Lever
- In Workwolf, navigate to Talent Pool
- Select the candidates you want to export
- Click on the Export icon
- Select 'Lever' from the dropdown list
- Click Export
Exporting Candidates from a Workwolf Pipeline to Lever
You can export selected Candidates from a Workwolf Pipeline to Lever. This function is only available in the All or Review stages in Workwolf.
- In Workwolf, navigate to a Pipeline to export candidates
- Go to the All or Review stage
- Select the Candidates you want to export to Lever
- Click Export from the bulk action panel
- Select Export To Platform
- Select Lever from the dropdown list
- Click Export
Export progress and history
In Workwolf, you can monitor the progress of your export and review export history by navigating to the Task History page in your Account Settings.
Review Exported Candidates in Lever
In Lever, you can search and filter for candidates exported from Workwolf by reviewing the source data on the Candidate opportunity records.
Where are my exported candidates?
Exported candidates will appear under the New Applicant stage of your Lever pipeline.
How can I search for exported Candidates?
To search for Workwolf-sourced Candidates, use filtering in the Lever search bar. The following 2 criteria search will return the exported Candidates:
- Sources: Workwolf
- Tags: source:Workwolf
How do I know if a Candidate was exported from Workwolf?
Candidates exported from Workwolf will be flagged with the source "workwolf" and "source:workwolf" tag.
Disabling the Workwolf integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Workwolf API credentials
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
