Got a thread with a third-party that you would like to sync onto a candidate's profile? For example, doing a backchannel reference and want to add the thread to the candidate? Use the following Link email workflow:
- In Gmail, navigate to the email thread you would like to link, open the Chrome extension, and then search for the candidate associated with the opportunity to which you would like to link the thread
- Click to link the thread onto an existing candidate's profile
- The button will read "Synced" to indicated that the email thread has successfully been added onto the candidate's opportunity profile
