This article depicts and describes Lever's new Feedback dashboard included in the Fall 2023 Product Release, scheduled to rollout progressively in November 2023. For full details, refer to our Fall 2023 Product Release Notes.

The Feedback dashboard allows you to track your recruitment team’s Feedback activity using this simple dashboard. The Feedback dashboard is useful for identifying opportunities to optimize your team's feedback process based on trends in feedback volume, scores, and time to complete feedback. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary for definitions of the key terms and concepts used in this article.


Accessing the Feedback dashboard

To access the Feedback dashboard:

  • Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header

  • Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page
  • Click Dashboards and select Feedback from the expanded menu

Metrics

Metrics on the Feedback dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.

Filters can be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. The colors used on all Visual Insights charts are ADA compliant for red, green, and blue color blindness as well as monochromacy.

These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged at the top of the Feedback dashboard.

Avg. feedback score for hires and non-hires

The average feedback score submit for interviews performed within the date range, calculated as:

  [Total feedback score submission for all interviews performed within the date range]  
  [Total # of feedback submitted within the date range]  

Feedback scores that have yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range is excluded from this calculation.

Avg. time to feedback for screening

The average number of hours interviewers took to submit feedback for screening performed within the date range, calculated as:

  [Total # of hours between screening end and feedback submission for all interviews performed within the date range]  
  [Total # of interview events within the date range]  

Feedback that has yet to be submitted for screenings performed within the date range is excluded from this calculation.

Avg. time to feedback for interviewing

The average number of hours interviewers took to submit feedback for interviews performed within the date range, calculated as:

  [Total # of hours between interview end and feedback submission for all interviews performed within the date range]  
  [Total # of interview events within the date range]  

Feedback that has yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range is excluded from this calculation.

 

Feedback score by origin

This chart provides a visualization of the distribution of feedback scores by origin throughout your organization.

This chart shows the number of feedback requested but not completed by interviewer.

Average time to complete feedback by interviewer

This chart provides a visualization of the distribution of the average feedback scores by interviewers throughout your organization.

Average time to complete feedback

This chart shows you how long it typically takes interviewers to submit feedback following an interview.

Feedback that has yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range is excluded from this data set. Negative values indicate feedback was submitted before the end of the interview.

All feedback summary

This table can be found at the bottom of the dashboard, showing details of a maximum of 500 interviews created within the date range, consisting of:

  • Interviewer name
  • Feedback form
  • Form type
  • Posting
  • Candidate name
  • Current stage
  • Feedback score
  • Archive reason
  • Feedback submitted (UTC date)
  • Hours to complete feedback
  • Avg. feedback score (Panel scores)
  • Interview start time
  • Interview end time

By default, the interviewers in the table are ordered alphabetically by name. To sort the table by a different parameter, click the corresponding column header.
