Enabling and using the TC Services USA / WOTC.com integration

The WOTC.com integration enables a completely paperless process featuring automatic form population, e-signature assessment, and form submission. Readers of this article will learn about the following:

Setting up the WOTC.com integration


Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organization with admin rights in WOTC.com to install this integration. To register for a WOTC.com account, please go to https://wotc.com/portal/lever/ register

Preliminary Step 

In order to utilize this integration, customers must first register for a WOTC.com account. Once the account is created, your Partner Alliance Manager from WOTC.com will reach out to confirm the registration. 


Customers will need to provide their WOTC.com Partner Alliance Manager with their Lever Service User Account. To obtain this, clients will need to open up a ticket with Lever’s support team to request the Service User Account. 

Enabling the integration

  • The enablement process will be handled by WOTC.com
  • To check if the integration is enabled, navigate to Settings > Integrations on & API > Webhooks in Lever
  • Toggle the 'Candidate Hired' webhook to the on (green) position if it is not already enabled

Using the WOTC.com integration


When the candidate’s profile gets moved to the Hired stage in Lever, WOTC.com will send the candidate an email to fill out the WOTC form.

Data Mapping 

Below is a list of fields that will be pre-populated on the WOTC form:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email
  • Applied Date

Viewing the WOTC.com status in Lever

To view the WOTC status in Lever, click into the candidate’s opportunity. The WOTC.com status can be found in the tags section of the profile.

Disabling the WOTC.com integration

  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
  • Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the WOTC.com app
  • Click Revoke Access to disable the integration
