Given that information related to hired candidates must be treated with particular sensitivity, access to hired candidate profiles is restricted to specific users in a LeverTRM environment.
Which users can access hired candidate information?
Users can access information for a hired candidate if any of the following conditions are true...
- They have Super Admin level access
- They are listed as the 'Posting owner' on the posting for which the candidate was hired
- They are listed as the 'Hiring manager' on the posting for which the candidate was hired
- They have either Admin or Team Member level access and have been granted Sensitive Information Privileges for the posting for which the candidate was hired

How can I ensure that the right users have access to hired candidate profiles?
Sensitive Information Privileges (SIP) can be configured for each individual user in your LeverTRM environment in order to grant them access to specific sets of hired candidate profiles. To learn how to configure SIP, refer to our help article on Sensitive Information Privileges.
Can a user be granted one-off access to a hired candidate profile?
No. One-off access to a candidate profile cannot be granted. We recommend using Sensitive Information Privileges to limit a user's access to hired candidate profiles associated with a specific posting, department/team, and/or location.
