Consideration Reason Text Text explaining why this candidate was archived
Country Code Two character code identifying the country where this candidate is being considered for employment
Created At Date when this consideration was created
Current Stage Id Id of the stage of this record (stage id's are unique to accounts)
Current Stage Text Text description of the stage which this consideration is currently set to (augmentation script must be run to populate)
Current Stage Type Special type of stage candidate is currently assigned to like 'onsite'
End Date Date when consideration was archived
First Source First source listed for this record (augmentation script must be run to populate)
Has Employee Referral Whether or not this candidate was referred by an employee
Has Manual Referral Referral which didn’t come through the referral portal, but instead was directly entered into system
Is Post Interview Legacy Old field used to determine whether candidate had been interviewed
Is Post Offer Whether the candidate has been made an offier
Is Post Onsite Whether the candidate has had an onsite interview
Is Post Screen Whether the candidate has been screened
Last Story At Date of the last interaction with this candidate
Origin The high level category describing where this candidate came from
Owner Name Name of the owner of this candidate's profile
Postal Code Code identifying the region within a country where this candidate is being considered for employment (varies by country)
Posting Commitment Commitment of the posting associated with this consideration
Posting Hiring Manager Hiring manager of the posting associated with this consideration
Posting Id Id of the posting associated with this consideration
Posting Location Location of the posting associated with this consideration
Posting Owner Id Owner of the posting associated with this consideration

Average Score The average feedback score for all filled-out score fields on all cards for the consideration record
Num Schools Number of schools which are listed under this candidates profile
Num Sources Count of the number of sources listed for this record
Num Statuses Number of statuses that this consideration has been assigned to over its lifetime
Candidate Owner is Active Whether the Lever user who owns this consideration is still active the Lever system
Social Referral User Is Active Whether the Lever user who was the social referrer of this consideration is still active the Lever system
Sourcer Is Active Whether the Lever user who sourced this consideration is still active the Lever system
User Is Active Whether the Lever user who this consideration belongs to is still active the Lever system
Posting Hiring Manager Is Active Whether the Lever user who was the hiring manager of the posting associated with this consideration is still active the Lever system
