Tracking can only be enabled by Super Admins and Admins
Lever can track if a candidate opened an email or clicked on a message link. This feature only supports emails that were sent from Lever. For more information on emailing from Lever, refer to our help article on using Lever Mail.
Super Admins and Admins can enable email tracking for their Lever environment by navigating to Settings > Company, scrolling to the 'Email tracking heading,' and selecting the checkbox next to 'Enable email tracking.'
On a candidate profile, the bottom of an email story displays labels for whether the email was opened or clicked. If the action was performed more than once, the label will include a count indicating how many times the event took place.
If a candidate performs a combination of opens and clicks with a single email, Lever will track this individual as highly engaged. Users will receive highly engaged notifications in their Lever inbox.
