How do I track email engagement?

Please note - email tracking is currently available to customers with Lever's Nurture product. For more information, feel free to contact support@lever.co.

Lever can track if a candidate opened an email or clicked on a message link. This feature only supports emails that were sent from Lever.

From the candidate profile, the bottom of an email story displays labels for whether the email was opened or clicked.

 

If the action was performed more than once, the label will include a count indicating how many times the event took place.

 

If a candidate performs a combination of opens and clicks with a single email, Lever will track this individual as highly engaged. Users will receive highly engaged notifications in their Lever inbox.

 

Admin and Super Admin users can enable email tracking from their Company Settings page.
